A two days International Conference on “Intelligent Computing Communication and Sciences ICICCS-2015” was organized at Regional College for Education Research & Technology (RCERT) Sitapura, Jaipur in association with Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) India, Institution of Engineers-India (IE), Association of Computer Machinery (ACM), Computer Society of India (CSI) Jaipur on April 10-11, 2015.

At 9:00 AM Registration Desk was opened. Participants (Research Scholars, Industry Delegates, UG & PG Students) around 250 from different parts of the nation of different organizations registered themselves and collect their respective welcome kits from the registration desk.
The Program Began with a formal welcome of all the Guests, Speakers and dignitaries with Bouquet and Lamp Lighting ceremony.
Prof. (Dr.) Abhinav Dinesh , Director of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra (Ranchi), Jaipur Campus was the chief guest of the function.
The Guest of Honors Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Dangayach (Chairman-IE (I), Rajasthan), Mr. C.B. Singh (Sr. Principal Scientist CSIR, India), Er. Amit Joshi (Honorary Secretary, ACM Udaipur Chapter). and the Key Note Speakers Dr. Tapan Gandhi (MIT USA), Dr. M.C. Govil (MNIT, Jaipur), Dr. Samarjeet Borah (S.M.U. Gangtok) and other dignitaries Mr. Prem Surana(Chairman, Deepshikha Kala Sansthan, Jaipur), Mr. Anshu Surana (Vice-Chairman, Deepshikha Kala Sansthan, Jaipur) , Mrs. Pramila Surana, (Director General, RCERT, Jaipur), Prof. (Dr.) R. S. Tiwari ( Principal, RCERT, Jaipur) and many other honorable members presented on the Dais.
Director General, RCERT, Mrs. Pramila Surana welcome all the dignitaries and addressed the gathering. She has also explained that Intelligence is a thought of a continuously emerging property that we create form synergy among people, software and information for better decision making in solving various millennium challenges.
The delegates, participants & faculties were taken for High Tea & the participants felt refreshed and enthusiastic to cover technical session.
On first day, in Keynote Address Session, 3 invited talks by Dr. Tapan Gandhi, Dr. M.C. Govil and Dr. Samarjeet Borah were delivered.
Dr. Tapan Gandhi, MIT USA expressed his views over the design of autonomous machine learning system inspired by human experimental data. He also explained about the whole concept of Audio-visual mapping. Needless to say that, the said technology has been receiving an increasing attention among researchers in recent years. He has tried to unlock the neural mechanism, which would be the crucial breakthrough in autonomous machine learning system.
Dr. M.C. Govil, MNIT Jaipur explained issues in Live video streaming for unparallel growth in communication technology. He also explained client-server architecture which can be augmented with cooperative networking approach to improve its performance.
Mr. C.B. Singh CSIR, India expressed the concept of Intelligent Computing in Data Centre. He explained that, the data centre provides platform for secure storage of Big Data, computing power, archival with a controlled environmental parameters. His views were focused on the build of Tier II Level of a Data Centre.

On first day, in Keynote Address Session, 3 invited talks by Dr. Samarjeet Borah, Prof.(Dr.) Karmeshu and Dr. Dibakar Rakshit were delivered.
Dr. Samarjeet Borah S.M.U. , Gangtok explained the concept of Intrusion Detection Systems which is based on the assumption that intrusive activities are noticeably different from normal ones and thus are detectable. This topic helped to develop the prevention system through acquired natures of attack.
Prof.(Dr.) Karmeshu JNU, Delhi expressed his views on Performance Modeling and Quality of service over the communication network. He also explained the effect of LRD on the performance of communication networks. This approach based on the Tsallis entropy which has found several applications in a variety of fields including complex networks and internet traffic.
Dr. Dibakar Rakshit IIT, Delhi explained the concept of Utilization of CFD and GA for finding Optimum solutions. His talk demonstrated the versatility of different computational approaches used for designing various mechanical systems and the talk was followed by a discussion on optimization techniques required to propose an optimized system.
After delivering speech, Lunch took place at New Administration Building of the RCERT Campus. Mean while our honorable Chief Guest, Justice, Mr. Pana Chand Jain reached and enjoyed lunch with other dignataries. After having lunch several number of participants presented their respective papers by different technical parallel sessions.
