In a recent campus placement drive organized by Deepshikha College in association with UOT & Regional College for Mahindra & Mahindra Tractor, 21 students got successful placements. The drive was organized under the Learn and Earn Programme initiative and it gave the students a platform to showcase their skills and determination.
The Programme aims to provide students with practical exposure and hands-on experience, enabling them to enhance their professional development while pursuing their education. The students who got selected were thankful to the college authorities and the company as their selection gave them an opportunity to gain industry-relevant skills, earn an income, and build a strong foundation for their future careers.
The selection process involved a 360 degree check based on their knowledge, aptitude, and overall potential. Students from ITI and engineering disciplines joined the drive. What impressed the recruitment panel most was technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills that gave these 21 students a competitive edge over other candidates.
